Evergreen Manor is located in Cochrane and was opened in 1982.

Evergreen Manor features 22 550 square foot units. All units have a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and storage area.

​

The manor was sponsored by the Royal Canadian Legion #15 Branch, Cochrane and Alberta Housing.  This project was funded by the Heritage Fund. Legion West Heritage Society was the management body operating Evergreen Manor until it transferred to Rocky View Foundation January 1, 2017.

The Cochrane Legion has generously supported Evergreen Manor through the years with purchase of furniture and equipment, and support for tenant social activities.
