Manor Application Process
We are always accepting applications for our Independent Living Manors.

Currently, there is a waitlist for all independent housing options at Diamond Jubilee (Airdrie), Dr. Whillans Manor (Crossfield), Evergreen Manor (Cochrane), and Crossroads Manor (Beiseker). The waitlist is determined by specific criteria that each applicant must meet to qualify. This is assessed through a housing needs evaluation conducted with each application we receive, so the timeframes provided to families and individuals may vary.

Fill out your application and medical form and email it, mail it or fax it to our office.

Our Housing Manager, Trevor, will contact you to book an interview.

Our Housing Manager, Trevor, will contact you with the status of your application.
